Delivery & NCM

We deliver nationwide through our logistics partner, Nepal Can Move (NCM) — one of Nepal's largest branch-to-branch courier networks.

Our delivery partner

Every order ships with Nepal Can Move (NCM). NCM runs a large branch network across all seven provinces, so we can reach your nearest town, not just the major cities. At checkout you pick Province → District → Town, and we book your parcel to the matching NCM branch.

Charges

Kathmandu valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): flat ₨120.
Outside the valley: the exact rate for your chosen town is calculated live at checkout from the NCM tariff.
Cash on delivery adds no surcharge.

Timeframe

Inside the valley: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Outside the valley: typically 2–5 business days, depending on your branch and route.

Cash on delivery

COD is available. For orders outside the valley the delivery charge is paid upfront, and NCM collects only the product amount at your door. Orders already paid online (Fonepay) are collected as zero at delivery.

Tracking

Once dispatched, your order is handed to NCM and moves through their branch network. Your order status updates as the parcel progresses and completes when it is delivered.
